Sport & Performance Psychology Coaching

Developing a performance mindset to achieve your goals.

Welcome

I’m Nick Coley, a sport psychologist in training and mental performance coach, dedicated to supporting you to be the best version of yourself.

I have more than five years of experience combining proven sport psychology techniques, mental training and physical sports coaching practices to get amateur and professional athletes to higher levels of performance.

By taking time to understand you, your performance, your context and your environment, I will help you to build frameworks, strategies and skills that will help you to perform to your highest level in your chosen sport.

I see health and wellbeing as critical to performance in all sports, so I work to develop an approach to performance which works with wellbeing, rather than against it.

I specialise in sport psychology and sport performance coaching for mountain biking, road cycling, track cycling, cross country cycling, running, swimming and other individual and team sports.

Contact me for a chat about my approach and how I might be able to help you, or your team achieve their goals.

Unlock your potential

There is a living masterpiece within each of us, a place where we are our best, where we move beyond what we ever thought we were capable of.

For various reasons, this masterpiece can allude us. Often, that is because we end up getting in our own way.

With the right support, underpinned by scientific research, my aim is to help you unlock your masterpiece.
